Facility Operations, Startup and Commissioning –
PHASEOne provides
services to oversee the commissioning and startup of new facilities.  This
includes site walks, maintenance and user training, and the establishment
of a maintenance and operations library.

Move-in/Occupancy Management – This is one of the most overlooked,
but necessary services we offer.  PHASEOne provides move management
services to ensure the smooth transition of users out of old facilities and
into new facilities.  This includes managing the purchase and delivery of new furnishings and conducting user
group training.

Post Construction Warranty Services – PHASEOne remains in contact with a newly completed building
throughout the warranty period to ensure that all equipment functions properly.  We provide services to assist
maintenance personnel in “working out the bugs” in a new building.

Maintenance Management Programs – Maintenance departments must maintain newly constructed
buildings in such a way that maximizes owner benefit of the new facility.  PHASEOne is available to assist in
writing comprehensive facility maintenance programs and training maintenance departments in its proper
