Boise - Amelia Johanna Schaeffer and Troy Glen Stansell have announced their engagement.

The bride-elect, daughter of Kathleen Pierce of Boise and William Ray Schaeffer of Burlington, Wash., is a graduate of Moscow High School. She is a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.

The prospective bridegroom, son of Sandra and the late Glen Stansell of Nampa, is a graduate of Nampa High School and the University of Idaho, with a B.S. in electrical engineering. He is employed by Micron Technology.
