The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ruch of Broadview and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lannie R. Cates of Moore County. Miss Cates, a 1979 graduate of Franklin County High School, received an associate of science degree in 1981 from Motlow State Community College. She is employed at Broadview Grocery. The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. L. L. LaFevers and Mrs. Bessie Hall and the late C. C. Hall, all of Belvidere. He was valedictorian of the 1977 graduating class at Huntland High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University. The wedding will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 19, at Bethel Methodist Church. |
