Harold and Freda Limbaugh of Winchester celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary recently with an anniversary reception given by their children and grandchildren at the First Baptist Church in Estill Springs.

The couple were married on August 20, 1955 in Winchester by Rev. O.P. Ethridge. Approximately 150 guests attended the golden anniversary reception held on August 20, 2005. The church was decorated with greenery on a lattice backdrop and tables that were covered with gold lamay and lace tablecloths. A three-tiered anniversary cake was the centerpiece of the d?cor. Serving at the occasion was Lisa Vakili, Diane Waller and Dagney Champion.

The couple's children are Christi Hayes of Estill Springs, Kerry Limbaugh of Shelbyville and Michael E. Limbaugh of Winchester. Their grandchildren are Nicholas Hayes, Ashley Hayes Stephens and Seth Harold Limbaugh .
