Hosts were their children and spouses, Cindy and Kenny LeGrand of Kelso, Mo., and Butch and Vicki Waldrup of Dexter, Mo. Guests attended from Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Scott City, Kelso, Dexter, Whitewater, Fenton, Webster Groves, Ellisville, and Kansas City, Mo.; Clifton Forge, Va.; Nashville, Tenn.; Houston, Texas; and Osh Kosh, Wis. Waldrup and Esther Shirrell were married June 20, 1948, at First Church of God in Cape Girardeau. He is the son of the late Chester and Vesta "Babe" Waldrup. She is the daughter of the late Rev. Collie and Altha Shirrell. The couple has four grandchildren, Brian (Jill) LeGrand and Blake (Shawna) LeGrand of Kelso, Trey Waldrup of Dexter, and Whitney Waldrup of Kansas City. They have four great-grandchildren, Joey, Caleb, Dylan and Molly LeGrand of Kelso. |
