Mrs. Carl Ehlers of Cape Girardeau, and Mr. Larry Niswonger of Jackson have announced the engagement of their daughter Cynthia Lynn to Bradley Gene Heise, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Heise of Cape Girardeau.

Miss Niswonger is a 1982 graduate of University High School and she attended SEMO State University. She is employed at Cape Girardeau Nursing Center.

Heise is a 1975 graduate of Central High School and is employed by D. W. Tool Inc.
