Miss Dianna Lynn Niswonger of Evansville, Indiana became the bride of Michael Alan Meth also of Evansville, Indiana in a one thirty o'clock ceremony on Saturday, April 30 at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Evansville.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Niswonger of 211 N. Missouri Street, Jackson and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Meth also of Evansville, Indiana.

Father Rose of Evansville, Indiana performed the double ring ceremony before an altar decorated with two vases of white daisies.

Given in marriage by her father the bride appeared in a long gown made of white chiffon with a scooped neckline with an old-fashioned lace ruffle accenting the neckline. Long sheer full sleeves gathered at the wrist complemented the gown. Three tiers in the skirt were trimmed with the old-fashioned lace. She wore her grandmother's pearls. She also wore a picture hat which was trimmed with a bow made with long streamers. She carried a bouquet of white daisies.

The bride chose Mrs. Gary King of Jackson as her maid of honor. She wore an opera length gown made of yellow double knit which featured a square neckline and an empire waist with cap sleeves. She carried a bouquet of yellow carnations.

The bridegroom chose David Meth, his brother, as best man. He is from Evansville, Indiana.

Following a reception at St. Theresa's Church Hall at 7:30 P. M. on Saturday, April 30 there was also a reception held Saturday, May 7 at the American Legion Hall at 6 P. M. in Jackson.

After a wedding trip to Barkley Lake the couple will reside at 2056 Adams Street, in Evansville, Indiana.

The bridegroom is employed at Glidden Paint Co. in Evansville, Ind. He attended Tech Trade College in Evansville and majored in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. The bride is employed at Pittsburgh Paint Co. in Evansville and also attended Tech Trade College. She majored in Interior Decorating.
