Miss Joan Jobe Honoree At Patio Party, Morning Coffee

The patio of the A. B. Cox home on North Alameda was the setting for a lovely buffet supper on Wednesday evening honoring Miss Joan Jobe whose marriage to James McClelland will take place on Friday.

Roses and ?lucky horse shoe? were used in decorating the patio by the hostesses, Mrs. A. D. Cox and Mrs. David Ligon.

Miscellaneous shower gifts were presented to the bride-elect.

The guest list included: Mr. and Mrs. Cole Jobe, parents of the honoree, Miss Joan Jobe, James McClelland, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Law, Mr. and Mrs. Seaborn Collins, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Burke, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Jacobs, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Carter:

Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Meerscheidl, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Chittick, Mr. and Mrs. G. R. Hamiel, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Lytton, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Richardson, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Peatschman, Miss Carol Chittick, James Rogers, Miss Delores Bombach, and Miss Dulcie Ligon.

A coffee and kitchen shower was given Tuesday morning for Miss Jobe at the home of Mrs. R. L. Peatschman with Mrs. Carl Law as re-hostess.

About 28 guests called during the coffee hour.

Miss Jobe and her mother received corsages of Vanda orchids.
