Mr. and Mrs. Harry Dayton Kelsey have sent out invitations for the marriage of their daughter, Anne Harriet Kelsey and Kenneth Clyde Smith, for Saturday evening, August 26, at eight-thirty o'clock in St. Mark's church, Berkeley.
