Both brides were graduated in this year's class at Central High School. Mrs. Engelmann is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Mills, 146 South Frederick Street. She has worked two years at Newberry's Store and is now employed by the Superior Electric Co. She plays softball on the Moon's team. Mr. Englemann, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Engelmann of Cape Rock Drive, is a farmer, but at present is helping Mr. Mills with contracting work. Mr. and Mrs. Engelmann will live with her parents.

Mrs. Godwin is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Niswonger, 1018 Independence Street, and is employed at the Missouri Brokerage Store. She attended the Business College of Cape Girardeau. Mr. Godwin, who attended school in Jackson, is employed at the shoe factory in Jackson. The couple will live with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. S. For the wedding, Mrs. Engelmann wore a white sport dress with royal blue trimming. Mrs. Godwin's dress was a medium blue sport type. Both brides hats were in turban style.

On their week end wedding trip, the two couples went to Meramec Caverns and other points in the Ozarks.
