Series of Parties Compliment of Bride-to-Be of G. K. Hibbard

Miss Mary Louise Limbaugh, whose betrothal to Mr. George K. Hibbard of Sheridan, Wyo., was recently announced, will be feted tonight at a crystal shower at the home of Mrs. Al Fricks, 625 West Marble. Miss Jeannette Rouckus will be co-hostess.

The party is one of a series which has been given for the young bride-to-be since the date for her wedding, Nov. 14, was announced at a formal tea. She is the daughter of Mrs. F. M. Limbaugh and has been junior reservationist for TWA for three years.

A graduate of Albuquerque High School, she attended the University of New Mexico and was pledged to Alpha Delta Pi. She has also been active in the Order of Rainbow and in Beta Sigma Phi.

Mr. Hibbard is the son of the late Martin Hibbard, prominent Wyoming rancher, and is at present engaged in the wool business in Roswell. The couple met while he was associated with a firm here. After their marriage, they will be at home in Roswell.

Mr. Hibbard attended Iowa State College, in Ames, Iowa, and served in the armed forces for three years.

Among the parties which have honored his fianc? are a miscellaneous shower given by Mrs. Don Hurt and Miss Immogene Hogue, at which Miss Limbaugh's co-workers at TWA and her sister, Mrs. Robert Blossom, were guests and a dessert and gift shower given by Mrs. R. B. Waggoman, Mrs. Mike Grissam, Mrs. C. J. Lemis, and Mrs. Frank Fortenberry, at the Waggoman home.

Tonight's party will have a Halloween theme, with a jack-o-lantern carved from a pumpkin as the central feature. Games will follow the presentation of gifts.

Guests expected are; Mmes. Limbaugh, Blossom, Frank Dunlap, Bill Rice and Lee Hyde; Misses Nancy Limbaugh, Louise Garberson, Bunny Rothammer, Hogue, Hesseldon, and Yvonne Handley.
